We are looking for a VP of Finance for our GTM organization. In this role you will be the senior finance business partner to our Chief Revenue Officer and his GTM leadership team. You will help develop and drive our GTM strategy in partnership with the GTM leadership team, lead the long-range planning and annual budgeting processes, as well as reporting and data analysis efforts to provide insights to your business partners. Reporting to the VP of Global FP&A, this role is highly visible and will interact frequently with the CFO, CRO, and other C-Level executives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the GTM leadership team and serve as a thought leader in shaping the financial framework for the company’s field sales and professional services and training organizations
- Manage both the top and bottom lines for our GTM business. Partner with Sales Ops leadership to ensure financial models reflect the GTM strategies, margin targets, and investment priorities across the GTM organization
- Partner with our Product and GTM organizations on pricing and packaging initiatives, ensuring they meet the financial needs of our business
- Partner with Sales Commissions team to ensure appropriate sensitivity analysis and cost frameworks are in place, to achieve top line goals, and manage bottom line expenses
- Deliver monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting of business financial results including BvAs, QBRs, and other analysis key to business operations, including Expenses, ARR, Billings & GM goals
- Manage the GTM headcount / costing, with GTM leadership and HR
- Develop and manage a high-performing FP&A global team that supports the GTM organization
- Partner with broader FP&A team to support company wide financial modeling and ad-hoc projects
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate and efficient processes around close and financial reporting
Experience
- Extensive experience building, developing, and leading the GTM Finance function for public companies, ideally in a $500M – $1BN+ revenue company
- 15+ years of experience working in high growth environments, preferably enterprise SaaS companies
- Proven track record of developing people, leading and managing high-performing teams
- Strong executive leadership skills with experience partnering at the executive management levels
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience in building collaborative working relationships with teams across the organization
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; advanced degree preferred.
