Description
Oversee preparation of Financial Statements
– P&L, BS and Cash Flow Work closely with CEO and COO on strategic initiatives to drive the business forward Establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies, procedures and internal controls Develop detailed revenue, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits; providing information to external auditors Collaborate effectively with other departments, including operations, development, sales and marketing Liaison with tax accountants, auditors, bankers, insurance brokers, lawyers, etc.
Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements Maintain financial staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Profile
15+ years of progressive Accounting and Finance experience MBA Preferred Experience across CPG, Food & Beverage, or a BTC E-Commerce environment is a must have ERP Implementation and transformation experience is an asset Strong leadership and Management skills Experience in scaling a business M&A experience is a must have
