About the Job The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (VP FP&A) will report to the Enterprise CFO (Dave Clark) The VP FP&A and their team will partner with executive business leaders in the organization including the CEO, COO’s, VP’s and other leadership of our businesses The VP FP&A will lead a team (initially 5) consisting of finance business partners (FP&A Analysts) and a reporting/KPI analyst The VP FP&A will lead close (excluding accounting), forecasting, and budgeting activities across the organization and related entities The VP FP&A and their team will orchestrate financial reviews and drive analysis to drive clarity what happened, why it happened, and the forward-looking implications and correction plans to support achievement of business objectives The VP FP&A will lead analysis related to acquisitions and drive orchestrated financial integration related to acquired entities The VP FP&A will partner with the business to drive analysis and land initiatives that accrue towards accelerating revenue, lower cost, or drive organizational efficiency The VP FP&A will prepare analysis for and interact with the board and our private equity partner The VP FP&A will participate in fund raising activities and due diligence About You You have unwavering integrity You have an inherent curiosity and growth mindset You communicate effectively and positively at all levels of the organization.

The Company improves patient outcomes with health navigators and performance health monitoring technologies and through proprietary connected care technology from Akos MD, a sister company.
Apricus Health Network is one of 53 firms selected by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS, part of the US Government) to participate as a Direct Contracting Entity (DCE) to lower Medicare expenses and improve health outcomes for enrolled patients.
