Davalyn Corporation has been retained to fill a Vice President of Finance position in California.
Our client is a nationally and internationally recognized marketer of agriculture/farm equipment, road construction and heavy-duty industrial vehicles ‘” off road equipment, heavy equipment, earth moving equipment.
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of twenty years ‘ management experience in finance and accounting in a similar industrial company at the dealer or OEM level.
Experience in all aspects of finance and accounting is required but not limited to those responsibilities listed below:
- General accounting
- Treasury
- Equipment leasing
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Banking
- Credit and collections
- Cost accounting
- Tactical and strategic planning
- Budgeting and forecasting
