Vice President of Finance

The successful candidate will be a strategic individual with 10-15 years of financial management, FP&A, and managerial accounting experience in a rapidly growing environment.

The role includes analyzing data and advising top executives on ways to use that information to make strategic decisions about the organization’s future.

As part of the management team, the Vice President of Finance will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:

§ Serve as advisor to the CFO, CEO, and executive team for strategic planning purposes.

§ Direct aspects of accounting operations and oversee all transactions related, but not limited to, receivables, payables, payroll, and financial reporting.

§ Analyze company’s financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets.

Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.

§ Provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth requirements.

§ Work with CFO to assist senior management in financial planning and results-management.

Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.

§ Lead and manage the budgeting process.

§ Manage treasury process and banking relationships, including bank reporting and covenant compliance.

§ Manage cash flow and maintain cash flow model.

§ Responsible for oversight and management of the organization’s 401(k) plan.

§ Manage relationships with insurance providers and ensuring compliance.

§ Coordinate, prepare, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

§ Responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial information to appropriate groups, including internal parties, investors, government regulators, and outside agencies.

§ Interact with investors and board of directors.

§ Other finance and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

§ 10-15 years of financial management, FP&A, and managerial accounting experience.

§ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.

CPA and/or CMA preferred, but not required.

§ Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment strongly preferred.

§ Recent experience in a finance operation with at least $100 million in annual revenues.

§ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

§ Experience in dashboard reporting, including KPIs, LTV, CAC, etc.

§ Experience in telecommunications industry preferred, but not required.

§ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.

§ Ability to work without direct supervision, while efficiently managing tasks and time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $180,000.00 per year
