We are looking to hire a someone with 6 years of relevant experience that is passionate about proptech and excited to be a part of our growing team.
You will help drive all aspects of the venture investment process, from sourcing to conducting due diligence and supporting portfolio companies.

Responsibilities : Generate deal flow and source attractive investment opportunities Build and nurture relationships with founders, venture investors, and industry experts to expand our network Identify impactful technological, business, and market trends and develop unique, research-driven investment theses Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential investment targets to inform investment decisions Synthesize research and due diligence into compelling investment memos Support portfolio companies with market insights and strategic introductions Manage relationships with portfolio founders and oversee portfolio reporting Attend industry events/conferences, engage with the startup community, and contribute to the group’s thought leadership activities Lead initiatives to improve our day-to-day operations and key internal processes Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, technology, or high-growth startups MBA or relevant master’s degree preferred Knowledge of the construction and real estate industries preferred Demonstrated passion for technology industries and entrepreneurship Outstanding analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and technology company valuation techniques (comfort with Excel) Experience with and passion for networking and building relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, senior executives and industry experts Excellent verbal and written communication skills (comfort with Powerpoint) Excellent strategic-thinking skills and business judgment Ability to work effectively on a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Self-starter that is enthusiastic to operate with lots of autonomy Unquestionable integrity, strong work ethic and positive attitude Must have legal authorization to work in the United States Compensation: Competitive compensation and benefits Company Background DivcoWest is known for its deep, long-standing relationships and experience in growth markets where innovation thrives.
