Armanino continues to expand its geographic footprint.Weve added offices in Southern California, Texas, Philadelphia, and Chicago through acquisition.Our CFO Advisory consulting practice is looking to pair our current presence in these markets with a networked and highly driven individual to grow our valuation and other CFO Advisory services in those markets.This highly visible role will work closely with Armaninos leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and advance our best in class valuation services in a new region.

We are a close-knit team that works with private and public companies, across the technology, life science, and professional services industries amongst others.We add new clients weekly, and continue to evolve our service offering to meet new market demands and to live our purpose to be the most innovative and entrepreneurial firm to benefit our clients and our people.

This is a strategic role to expand our CFO Advisory consulting practice.

Be in charge of building our CFO Advisory business in a new market starting with valuation services and expanding to additional consulting services

Have a direct impact on the success of our business

Network internally and externally to grow the business

Have ownership of, and manage key initiatives and metrics

Maintain and develop key client relationships

Contribute to team environment and a positive culture

Learn all of our CFO Advisory and consulting services

Manage, review, and deliver business valuation projects including for example:

Business and intangible asset valuations for financial reporting

Tax and regulatory compliance

Perform SAS 73 reviews of third-party appraisals for audit support purposes

Receive firm-wide recognition for our success

Have additional promotion opportunities

WHAT YOULL NEED

We are looking for candidates who are:

Passionate about the prospect of geographic expansion and growing a business in a new region

Unafraid to tackle the most complex, ambiguous problems

Committed to unlocking customer value

Obsessive about building and expanding relationships

Additional requirements include:

Bachelors degree, preferably in business, accounting, finance, statistics, mathematics, or engineering, MBA a plus;

More than 8 years of valuation experience within a business valuation firm or valuation practice of a CPA firm

Prior experience dealing with and interacting with external reviews (auditors, IRS, etc.)

Relevant professional and/or valuation designation(s) including, but not limited to: ASA, CPA, CFA, CEIV, CVFI, ABV, or CVA;

Strong network of existing company relationships and referral sources

Ability to develop external relationships (networking, referral sources, etc.) and bring new clients into the business

Strong client management, consulting, communication, and leadership skills managing expectations and delivering high quality solutions on-time within scope and budget

Organizational Leadership: Experience and confidence in leading high performance team goals, metrics, program, initiatives, and priorities.

People Management: Experience in various levels of staff and their professional skills development; hiring and managing attrition.

Operations Excellence: Experience establishing and implementing scorecards, programs, tools and processes that an organization uniformly uses to execute initiatives.

Organizational Agility: Can navigate a complex organization to reach a goal or objective; global change management, and is effective at positioning gives/gets and has outstanding executive presence and presentation skills.Proven communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across senior executives and across organizational boundaries.
