Treasury Sales Coverage Officer II

Job Description:

– The Treasury Sales Consultant Officer (TSCO) is responsible for managing a portfolio of 70-100 relatively smaller and less complex FPHC clients
– The TSCO has end-to-end treasury client responsibility, including all support functions typical of a TSA role
– Drive client satisfaction by being responsive, supportive and efficient
– Deliver responsible growth by identifying solutions matching client needs, drive digital adoption
– Schedule and perform client portfolio reviews, be knowledgeable about treasury products and services and be consultative around treasury trends and best practices.
– Manage the sales pipeline; ensuring deals are properly identified as pending or closed and with estimated close date.
– Accountable for accuracy of sales data within source systems (e.g. Tableau, Deal Pipeline, client plans, call reports, Navigator, etc.), and other sales tracking systems which may be developed.
– Assist clients in navigating the bank by educating the client on the Client Service and Fulfillment model as well as other partners roles/responsibilities.
– Prepare account schematics when needed, proposal documents and sales presentations.
– Partner with Fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of Treasury Solutions to our clients and post-sale satisfaction.
– Daily email, WebEx and phone client communication.

Required Skills:

 Minimum of 5 years experience
– To be successful in the role, the TSCO must have strong treasury sales, negotiation, advisory and relationship management skills leveraging extensive product knowledge
– Excellent creativity with communication (verbal and written) and WebEx / zoom presentation skills. Needs to be professional and articulate presenting via video conference
– Aptitude for embracing innovation and demonstrating how digitization can be value add
– Strong partnering, time management, organizational and planning skills
– Experience navigating large matrixed banking environment
– Strong command of Treasury products
– Ability to manage clients across a broad geography and time zones. At times requires flexible working hours
– Excellent MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) skills
– B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree

Desired Skills:
