Treasury Operations Analyst-Travel Expense & PCARD

Job Summary: The Treasury Operations Analyst-Travel Expense & PCARD is responsible for the systems and processes related to the administration of Aimbridge Hospitality’s travel expense and credit card program.

This position is also responsible for analytics of these programs.

Responsibilities: QUALIFICATIONS: A college degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.Experience with SAP Concur, P Card, Travel Card, Virtual CardExperience of JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo banking platforms a plus.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint).Strong customer service skills.Must have exceptional attention to detail.Successful candidate should be highly motivated self-directed proactive flexible and can work effectively under pressure and time constraints with a positive attitude.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Support day to day administrative duties of SAP Concur system.Support in reviewing all daily weekly and monthly reports to ensure that data is processing correctly per corporate policy.Support in reviewing expense reports submitted by associates for overall reasonableness and receipt attachment ensuring that users are not in violation of Corporate Policy.Support daily Wells Fargo PCard functions such as monitoring and handling questions within the PCard email inbox running daily and monthly reports within Wells Fargo.

This role also includes running analytics on the PCard program and performing month end PCard responsibilities.Support associates with SAP Concur travel and/or credit card inquiries including reporting of metrics scorecards and credit activity to executive administrators and management.Make recommendations and work with supervisor and manager on process improvements.Assist with other projects as needed.
