Technician, Bank Equipment, Administrative Services Department, South Bend, IN

POSITION SUMMARY Maintains and repairs vault, video, drive up, and alarm equipment.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Changes combinations, opens safe deposit boxes and replaces locks, repairs non functioning mechanical and electronic locks on cash lockers, safes, and vault doors.

Maintains and repairs alarms equipment, including all alarm devices and reporting panels/keypads.

Maintains and repairs video cameras, recording devices and power supplies, replaces the same as needed.

Maintains and repairs drive up equipment including pneumatic systems, deal drawer and audio related products.

Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.

Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS One (1) to three (3) years experience preferred.

Prior experience in repairing bank equipment.

Good verbal communication skills.

High standards for work ethics, attendance and organizational skills.

Team oriented.

EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED required.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel to all locations as well at the ability to travel over night for meetings, projects, training, etc.
