As a Tax Accountant, you will play a vital role in preparing and reviewing tax returns, providing tax advice, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
Research and analyze tax regulations and legislation
Assist with tax planning and strategies
Communicate with clients to provide tax advice and guidance
Ensure accurate and timely tax filing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial information
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Currently pursuing CPA certification or already a CPA candidate
2-4 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in a CPA firm
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits
Salary: $65K/yr – $85K/yr, salary negotiable
