Description:
This role is responsible for preparing timely and complete quarterly and year-end income tax provisions in compliance with IAS 12, FAS 109 and SOX Sec. 404 for the Elimination Company, and complete and accurate consolidated federal and state income tax returns / workpapers for AHM and Subs/Affiliates by internal due dates. This position requires tax provision and compliance technical proficiency, substantial experience in identifying and resolving complex issues, and excellent tax quantitative and reporting skills.Prepare consolidated tax return reconciliation schedulesPrepare tax information requestsPrepare quarterly estimates and extensionsPrepare quarterly tax provisions for the Elimination Company
