We take our core values of Celebration, Accountability, Passion for Learning, Love One Another, Intelligent Risk Taking, Customer Second, and Ownership (CAPLICO) seriously and strive to provide a work experience that proves it Responsibilities: This Tax Accountant will be responsible for working with the day-to-day accounting activities, including coordinating tax workpapers for quarterly provisions and annual tax returns and tax rate projections Ad hoc reporting, legal structure evaluations, and various tax research projects Assisting with the day-to-day accounting activities, being actively involved in monthly close Assisting reimbursement team with cost reporting compliance for Medicare and Medicaid Qualifications: Degree in accounting with 3 years accounting experience, including tax provision and/or return experience CPA license preferred.
Must be a great communicator, customer service oriented and self-motivated Must have strong problem-solving skills Experience researching accounting guidance Exceptional computer/Excel skills We are looking for someone that can live our company values of CAPLICO Additional Information: This full-time, exempt position will be based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.
