The ideal candidate has a background in FP&A, knowledge of SQL and data analysis, and ability to work cross-functionally with many teams.

This person enjoys modeling, big data sets, and thinking about process improvements and other business efficiencies.nn nn n nn nnThe Strategic Finance Analyst will report to the CFO/COO and work closely with multiple teams, including Accounting, Technology, Operations, and Buying.

nn nn n nn nn Responsibilities: nn Work with the executive team to oversee company KPIs such as gross margin analysis, customer retention and buying metrics, operational and return analysis Work with Technology team to continue building, maintaining, and improving real-time, data-driven, analytical reporting Partner cross-functionally to deliver diagnostic insights across the organization, automating where possible Work on strategic process improvements and ERP implementation-related tasks Serve as the Finance counterpart in department budget review meetings.

Build relationships with budget owners to help them manage their department plans, while understanding the drivers behind their portions of the business ADHOC analyses to evaluate opportunities and support actionable business decisions nn nn nn Requirements: nn Positive attitude, proven work ethic, multi tasker, shows initiative and integrity A strong command of Finance and an analytical mindset with great attention to detail Ability to synthesize large sets of data from multiple, sometimes unrelated, sources Bachelor”s Degree in Quantitative or Business field 2+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting Proficiency with Excel, SQL and/or other BI tools (Looker, Power Query / BI, Tableau) E-commerce, consumer products, or retail experience, a major plus Strong written and verbal communication skills nn nn nnby Jobblenn
