nn nn nn nn Essential Duties and Responsibilities nn Assist in all aspects of the 3-day month end closing Prepare and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies; and ensuring reconciliations to the general ledger are complete.

Extensive use of Excel to prepare journal entries transferring data from ERP system to general ledger system.

Research transactions across the company’s two systems (ERP and general ledger).

Assist Internal and External Auditors with information requests as needed Respond to survey requests from multiple government agencies and jurisdictions.

Maintain and report non-financial data (e.g., utility usage, weight of metal used, etc.

at 40 locations) to parent company Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analysis on request Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of this job Other duties as required nn nn nn Requirements nn Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred At least 3
