Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is a MUST.
The candidate should have the ability to work in a small office environment in a professional manner.nn nnCandidate should be detail oriented, flexible, and have excellent communication skills.
This is NOT a remote position, candidate will work in the office full time.nn nn nn nn Responsibilities nn Accounting and invoice processing for personal homes and commercial real estate.
Custom daily reports on cash balances and security positions.
Aircraft accounting and reporting/monthly invoice review from charter company.
Work with outside tax advisors.
Daily maintenance and reconciliation of bank accounts.
Account payable/accounts receivable processing from various LLC’s in QuickBooks.
Banking; wire transfers, inter-company transfers Payroll processing/401-K Audits/ ADP Working with insurance brokers; medical, commercial & personal policies.
Maintaining auto files and DMV paperwork Personal Accounting and Bookkeeping Ad hoc accounting projects as needed and requested.
nn n nn nn Qualifications nn Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance 2-5 years’ experience in accounting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
