Job Title: Staff Accountant – Bank Reconciliations

We are a high-volume and rapidly-growing food and beverage event services company located in the Wilshire area of Los Angeles. Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have experience with bank reconciliations, accounting systems/software (such as NetSuite), and AP/AR accounting knowledge. Your job responsibilities will be mainly focused on bank reconciliations.

What You Will Be Doing
- Maintaining bank reconciliations for the company across 30+ different banks.
- Working with computer systems and accounting software to create and transfer accounting-related documents.
- Performing AP, AR, and other general accounting tasks as assigned by the manager and/or other teams.
- Communicating with vendors and third parties on any accounting-related activities.
- Collaborating with members of the accounting department and cross-functional teams on project-based work.
