Luxury Fashion brand in Los Angeles is looking for an Accountant to join their Finance team.
This person will be responsible for their new retail stores that are open across the US.
This opportunity will provide an Accountant the full visibility in a growing company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with the Controller on all new projects and reports as needed.
Close monthly financials and account reconciliations.
Analyze financial variances against budget, forecast, and prior year.
Develop and streamline the accounting processes and practice.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required, CPA preferred
2-3 years previous experience in accounting or finance required, Retail multi-site and/or fashion industry experience a plus, not a must.
Strong analytical skills in reviewing accounting transactions.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel AND working knowledge of US GAAP is a must.
