Great position and great leadership Responsibilities: Prepare and process general expense entries, accruals, inter-company and allocations, reconciliations and distribution of monthly reports.

Complete expense variance analysis for COO cost centers and maintains variance tracking for all cost centers.

Identifies, analyzes, and researches variances with an understanding of the G/L to narrow down reasons for the variances.Performs month end closing reconciliation and allocation processes.

Coordinates the department&039;s expense budget process ensuring timely submission of information and deadlines are met.

Handles special accounting projects as assigned.Works with other functional areas in RGA to achieve efficient and effective accounting and reporting practices and procedures and responds to and requests from other functional areas on various inquires.Maintains regular and predictable attendance.

Performs other duties as assigned Requirements Required: Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent related work experience 5-8 years accounting or auditing experience.
