Actively participate in design thinking methodology by ensuring an excellent ability to orchestrate and execute a large number of projects while continuously improving processes, quality and efficiencies.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**+ Supports cross-functional teams across all levels of leadership.+ Executes high complexity projects that are clearly understandable to all levels of stakeholders.+ Funcitons as the SME for mid to high level complexity projects.+ Works under minimal supervision.

Confers with supervisor on unusual matters.+ Works on assignments are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity.+ Based on the high level direction of the project lead demonstrates communication, team collaboration and presentation skills that are clear, compelling and delightful to all levels of stakeholders.+ Conducts complex, strategic data analyses through integration of data from internal and external information sources in a variety of qualitative and quantitative formats.+ Uses forecasting software to perform business analyses.+ Provides assistance to all relevant firm data users to enhance system wide utilization of planning tools.+ Promotes awareness and utilization of strategic information resources system wide, including data and programs.+ Develops and presents complex concepts to large audience.+ Creates advanced data visualizations to support Customer Experience leadership using operational and financial data.

Enhances existing datasetsConducts advanced analytics/statistical analysis to identify key drivers for customer segments/clusters.+ Identifies potential issues and makes recommendations to solve production, capacity, and quality decisions.+ Synthesizes multi-sourced complex information.

Applies analytical capabilities and utilizes strong interpersonal and communications skills in an effective manner.+ Meets and communicates with stakeholders regularly to provide project status updates, identify risks, and manage emerging issues.+ Manages multiple, complex tasks simultaneously.+ Reports weekly team workload status to manager while maintaining a clear picture of team capacity and workload.+ Manages and maintains job schedule.+ Enforces deadlines and problem solves in an efficient and professional manner.+ Works within specified deadlines.+ Edits and revises work based on stakeholder feedback.+ Performs other duties as assigned.**Education & Experience**+ Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Science, Math, Business, Economics, or related field.+ 5+ years experience in applicable areas of Finance, business development, strategic planning, and.or operations.
