Overview of the Sr.
Accountant role: Responsible for certain month-end close functions including preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules and analyses.
Work cross-functionally to support financial reporting and forecasting.
Perform technical research and present analysis.
Draft and update company policies and procedures as needed.
Identify, develop and implement process improvement solutions.
Assist with internal control compliance and audits.
Participate in annual external audit related activities.
Ad hoc projects to support key business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications for the Sr.
Accountant role: 3 years’ experience in a progressive position BS in Accounting is a Must, CPA is a plus and Public Accounting is a plus Experience in supervising or reviewing others work.
Strong excel skills and experience with a robust ERP system.
