Adecco Medical & Science is currently looking for a direct-hire, full-time Sr. Accountant Consultant job Los Angeles valley area. Responsibilities for the Sr. Accountant Consultant job:

  • Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
  • Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from other departments
  • Month-end close process
  • Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data, data research
  • 1099s and tax reporting
  • Prepares payments by accruing expenses; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts
  • Assist the SVP Finance & Controller in the daily requests
  • Assist in all areas of operations as requested by management
  • Maintain companies’ documentation up-to-date

    • Qualifications:
     

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting preferably in healthcare
  • Active CPA license in CA
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, and MS Office products
  • Accounting, reporting skills, deadline-oriented, strong time management, and attention-to-detail
  • Productivity and strong verbal communication
