We are seeking a proactive, motivated, and hands-on Senior Treasury Manager to join our Treasury and Finance team, reporting to the Director of Treasury.

In this role, you will be responsible for all areas of cash management and will be responsible for helping oversee the company’s working capital dynamics.

You will gain experience with visibility into FabFitFun’s business and operations, while playing a large part in building a Treasury function in a high growth industry.

This position will influence the future of the company through strategic thinking, cross-function collaboration and be a strong partner to our broader Finance and Accounting teams.

The ideal candidate is extremely analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and proactive.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multi-task, prioritize projects and roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

What you’ll do:
Manage all aspects of modeling and forecasting cashflow for the company.

Lead one-off projects within the treasury function, such as analyzing specific company programs that involve Foreign Exchange, international financing, investment modeling and capital deployment.

Manage and analyze the operating nature of the company’s liquidity, funding, capital, allocation of financial resources.  Oversee and execute strategic initiatives that cut across Treasury and Finance.

Recommend, implement, and maintain policies & procedures, analytics, monitoring, and reporting capabilities across functional areas including derivatives and hedging.

Be a key business partner across the company evaluating procurement decisions and leading the development of a procurement framework.

Collaborate with our merchandising, sourcing, and buying teams to improve inventory purchasing processes and analysis.

Support the annual financial statement audit and other compliance related tasks.

Responsible for managing access to our banking systems.

Update, monitor and assure documented compliance with Treasury operation policies.

Responding to periodic audit requests.

Assist in the management of documentation requests, NDA compliance and discussion with trade financing partners.

Work cross functionally with business partners on vendor negotiations, specifically around payment terms and inventory purchasing windows.

What you’ll bring: 
7+ years of working experience in Treasury and/or finance in a fast-paced environment.  Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field or quantitative field Advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to create efficient and clean, yet complex financial models.

Ability to cultivate effective relationships and work cross-functionally with strong planning, process management, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong communicator with solid written and oral communication skills, including the ability to discuss complex ideas and resolve issues.

Strong candidates will have a curious mind, a passion for synthesizing information from multiple sources, the ability to interpret data through the lens of shopper behavior, and a habit of translating data into insights that drive action.

Self-directed, innovative thinker with strong attention to detail and strong business and financial acumen, and the ability to see the strategic implications for the business in the big picture and be able to tell the story to both financially savvy and non-financially savvy audiences.

Desire and ability to help educate, mentor, and assist with the development of Treasury and Finance staff.

Ability to attack and own new projects to accomplish goals.
