Senior Manager Finance Non-Aligned Movement Supply Chain

Job Description The Senior Finance Manager NAM Supply Chain will act as Business Partner for Global Supply Chain Director and for Regional Supply Chain Managers of the NAM Region.

Main Responsibilities Bring transparency and provide insights on Supply Chain performance (i.e.

Freight and Co-Packing performance): anticipate Risks and Opportunities and communicate timely and transparently in order to enable data driven decision Release accurate Operating Plan and Forecasts and provide meaningful analysis on Actual business drivers Partner for Supply Chain Team for production planning decisions, optimization of regional supply chain network (incl.

drive regional and local tenders (warehouses, logistic providers, transport) Consolidate and challenge Supply Chain Cost from Continent managed Supply Chain operations (e.g.

warehouses managed by country/Cluster Finance) Partner for Co-Packing Operations providing financial guidance on operational decisions (supply, BOM changes, productivity gains and related investment…) In charge of Co-Packing Center Budget and STDC calculation, quotation of new products / product changes in close cooperation with Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial Finance Partner for IT projects affecting factory systems (Reporting) Develop the team, building on talents and strengths Spread ROI culture in the organization Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field required; Masters degree preferred 6 years of experience working in Finance preferably in Consumer Goods companies High capacity to influence on key stakeholders Advanced use of Microsoft applications
– Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Target oriented and capable to organize and work according to business priorities Able to work with cross functional teams within the organization Capable of reaching deliverables on standardized and adjusted timings
