Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Planning processes such as Annual Budget, Forecast updates and Long-Term plan
  • Provide Operational Finance support to segments/business entities including Publishing and Entertainment
  • Lead consolidation process for quarterly close and prepare Executive and Board presentation materials
  • Work with Accounting team extensively to understand transaction flow and monthly actualized transactions and prepare variance explanations compared to prior year and budget
  • Enhance existing financial reporting and create internal and external executive reporting documents from scratch
  • Drive consistency in submissions and reporting across Corp and Segments
  • Execute and innovate the process of data analysis and preparing KPI dashboards that provide a deeper view of the business
  • Actively participate in the implementation of business intelligence tool and FP&A tool 
  • Handle Ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of work experience in Corporate Finance or Operational Finance in a growth company or global company
  • Experience implementing Budgeting Software a plus
  • Experience supporting multiple business entities a plus
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of management
  • Advanced Excel and presentation building skills with experience in creating financial models and clear, concise presentation materials
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, planning and organization skills, ability to handle multiple ad-hoc requests and projects
