Senior Financial Analyst

Responsible for participating in day-to-day financial management of Post Production and Enterprise Operations departments located in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
Assit in preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly financial statements
Prepare accruals, allocations, journal entries and account reconciliations
Analyze and prepare variance explanations, graphs, schedules for monthly internal financial reports
Prepare capital expenditure analyses and track actual commitments/spend
Review and approve vendor invoices
Update rates, clear batch errors in billing subsystem
Perform system access reviews

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
3 to 5 years accounting/operational finance experience, CPA preferable
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify accounting issues and properly address their treatment
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of management and operate in a fast paced environment
Strong computer literacy with a high proficiency in Microsoft Applications, PeopleSoft experience a plus
Must be a team player, detail oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently
Post Production operational finance experience a plus
Experience:
Accounting, Finance, CPA : 5 years (Required)
