POSITION PURPOSE:
Manage the overall organization in achieving internal and external goals by monitoring closely companys performance and providing feedback on areas of improvement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Participate in the Annual Budget process for the company: provide financial modeling support, interact with business owners to analyze trends, provide analytical support to better understand the budget and underlying trends.
Manage departmental expense budget and forecasting processes for the Americas and Corporate.
Prepare and provide support for Quarterly Earnings Call and Financial Reporting.
Review and analyze variances vs.
forecast, budget, and prior year.
Review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
Work closely with the general accounting and global reporting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Provide analytics to auditors on a quarterly basis and/or as needed.
Prepare and provide ongoing support and analytics to key Executives and department owners within the organization.
Lead/assist with preparation of materials for Board of Directors, Investor and other company meetings and presentations.
Perform ad-hoc analysis on areas such as Return on Invested Capital (ROIC), capital allocation, and peer benchmarking.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Continuously improve and automate analytics, forecasting and reporting processes.

Bachelors Degree
