Paramount is a subsidiary of ViacomCBS, which reaches 700 million global subscribers through MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, BET and other media networks.We are looking for a Senior Coordinator Production Finance who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the EVP Production Finance!Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:* Manages EVPs calendar and schedules/coordinates meetings and appointments* Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence* Performs administrative duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents* Distributes mail and FedEx and maintains office supplies* Arranges meetings or conferences by arranging conference rooms, issuing meeting requests or invitations and coordinating handouts* Get updates from dept. execs for weekly status report* Create and distribute weekly dept. status report* Coordinate bank account set-up and signers w/ prod finance exec and treasury department* Enter invoices in IWorks and track payments in SAP* Set-up LCO’s in SAP for productions* Directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate meetings* Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents such as expense reports* Arranges detailed travel plans and itineraries and compiles documents and expenses for travel-related meetingsBasic qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree required, in Finance or Accounting Preferred* 2+ years related experienceDesired Skills:* Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet software* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers and senior management* Organized and detail oriented, able manage multiple high priorities and appropriately prioritize work and proactively anticipate and manage timeViacomCBS is an equal opportunity employer (EOE) including disability/vet.At ViacomCBS, the spirit of inclusion feeds into everything that we do, on-screen and off.
