Senior Associate, Private Equity Performance Improvement Employer: Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement Group, LLC Title: Senior Associate Job Description: Responsible for working on a diverse range of complex assignments alongside other A&M professionals to assist clients in analyzing each part of the supply chain process including: Procurement and Sourcing, Production, Logistics, Distribution and Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP) to identify value creation opportunities. Develop a roadmap to accelerate opportunities and assist with driving them to our client’s bottom line. Perform thorough fact-based analysis, assess the state of operations, identify key risks to investments, and quantify potential EBITDA improvement plans. Build financial, economic and operational modeling to identify financial and operational (supply chain, logistics, manufacturing) improvement opportunities. Understand the key operational performance drivers of a business and extract useful information from large sets of unorganized or incomplete data. Assist in developing and managing efforts in sourcing and procurement. Lead supplier identification, approval, contract/pricing negotiations and vendor relations. Develop implementation plans to drive proposed changes in procurement and sourcing initiatives and conduct analysis depending on project scope. Develop automated dashboards and data reporting via advanced technology tools – Tableau. Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Management, Policy Management, or a related field and minimum 2 years of consulting experience. Must have experience working with: sourcing, supply chain and procurement; leading high-impact strategic sourcing approaches including spend analysis; designing end-to-end procurement strategies; executing business process mapping and quantitative analysis; creating and utilizing data sources to develop fact-based recommendations and complex analyses; and developing recommendations to contribute to program objectives for cost savings, SLAs, Transformation, and process optimization. Compensation Statement: The annual base salary range is $130,000 – $156,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
