· A Professional atmosphere, great working conditions, dynamic leadership Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining accounts payable system including entering vendor invoices and preparing payments Posting daily bank entries Assisting with weekly reports Review All Schedules Monthly to ensure that they are clean and up to date All assigned month end reports are finished on a timely basis Cross train of all relative accounting duties within the department and assist in other accounting duties as required Qualifications :
• Previous accounting experience is required
• Must be detailed-oriented
• Highly efficient and extremely organized
• Ability to work independently
• Experience with CDK is required
• Knowledge on Excel & MS Office applications
