Responsibilities Review of monthly general ledger and bank reconciliations.
Enter all accounting entries Prepare all reconciliations Review and process variance analysis and compare to budget and forecasting Prepare and financial schedules, quarterly and yearly Review and report on variance analysis Communicate and work closely with Property Managers Assist and support with budgeting process Work on Special Projects Ad-hoc reporting Skillset Analytical, organized and communicative.
