This team wants you to:
Work across every team within the company to make sure each department is supported Take pride and ownership in building new processes and procedures to streamline accounting procedures Take on the full month-end close process Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries Responsible for bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, prepaids, fixed assets, and revenue recognition Help prepare financial reporting packages Identify variances and build assumptions based on clean data Ensure internal controls and GAAP Prepare & present strategic recommendations to executive leadership
What you bring to the mix:
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance REQUIRED: 3+ years General Ledger from public accounting or entertainment industry Public Accounting experience highly preferred CPA or CPA track is highly preferred A passion for data, numbers, and process improvement
