Job Details
Seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team. This position will be responsible for general ledger reconciliations, P&L allocations, variance analysis, and will work with various finance groups across the company.
- Reconcile and report on various accounts including cash, accruals, receivables, and other assets
- Perform month and quarter-end journal entries and fluctuation analysis
- Perform P&L allocations among various business units
- Understand correct GL and cost center coding and compliance
- Periodic GL account analysis
- Research unusual and high dollar transactions
- Assist with implementing process improvements and internal controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- CPA and public accounting experience preferred
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience with ERP system(s) (Dynamics 365 a plus) and strong Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
