We are seeking a Senior Accountant who will have strong US GAAP accounting knowledge and operational experience, will be able to produce public company standard reconciliations and account analysis and have an interest in internal and external reporting.

The candidate will have uncompromising attention to detail, a positive, proactive, curious, team-focused attitude and a strong sense of ownership.

Excellent problem solving, communication and customer service skills are also essential.

You will be integral to the accounting and finance team, and need to be an enthusiastic and hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include: * Actively participate in the month-end close process, reconciling and analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts for the US and international subsidiaries* Prepare monthly accounting entries for various business transactions, including PP&E, intercompany, accrued expenses, foreign currency and T&E* Research treatment of complex accounting issues in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP, document conclusions in audit ready memos and present analysis to management* Assist with preparing financial statement schedules for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting* Prepare and maintain lease schedules and entries, while complying to the lease accounting standards* Work closely with Accounts Payable and Procurement teams on a regular basis and other cross-functional teams such as FP&A, Payroll and Legal to ensure completeness of accruals* Solid understanding of accounting practices and controls.

Develop and enforce proper accounting policies, processes, and procedures to ensure a high degree of completeness and accuracy of the financial statements* Prepare auditor requested documents at public company standard for periodic audits/reviews* Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements, documenting desktop procedures to achieve efficiencies and scalability* Function as a utility player, able to pick up ad-hoc requests to accommodate our rapid growth Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 of those in public accounting, preferably at a Big 4 accounting firm* CPA or CPA path preferred* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field required* Strong technical understanding of U.S GAAP; IFRS a plus* Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookup formulas* Superior work paper organization, attention to detail, ability to quickly synthesize and analyze data required* Experience in environments with high transaction volume required* Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently, a must* Positive, proactive, team-focused attitude and desire to do whatever it takes are essential* Accounting ERP experience required, preferably NetSuite* Experience with Coupa, a plus* Strong desire to add to our culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
