Infosys is seeking a Scrummaster/ Business System Analyst.This position’s primary responsibility will be to work with key stakeholders and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team.
The chosen candidate will work with business and help them prioritize roadmap along with Product Owner to increase Agility.
The role holder should help teams to practice values and principles of Agile and become more Agile.
He/She will need to effectively facilitate all Scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review/Demo, Retrospective meeting.
The role holder must be actively involved in technical matters thus finding out the gaps and ensuring product owner involvement in business decision and description of the functional flow.
In addition to Scrummaster role, the chosen candidate will assist in the functional design of large business systems; participate in requirement gathering, requirements elicitation, requirements documentation and coordination with POs and business stakeholders for Asset and Wealth management domain.
The role holder should be able to research on requirements independently to recommend appropriate business flows/processes for complex business requirements in Asset and Wealth management domain.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Los Angeles, CA/ Irvine, CA or be willing to relocate to the area.
This position may require travel to project locations.

• Experience as Scrum master/ Business System Analyst.
• Experience in performing data analysis and working in product development environmentPreferred Qualifications:
• Atleast 5 years of experience in performing the role of Business System Analyst/Functional Lead in Banking/Investment/Financial organizations.
• At least 5 years experience working in Asset & Wealth management including any of the following areas:Client Onboarding, Financial Planning, Portfolio Management, Performance Measurement, Books & Records, Order Management & Settlements, account oversight.
• As a Business System Analyst/Functional lead, should have Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical ability and in talking to business stakeholders/POs in gathering the requirements, analysis and documenting the requirements.
• Willingness to facilitate learning and empower team members to teach others (Train the Trainer).
• Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to deftly negotiate/interrogate, prioritize across technical and non-technical teams, influence decision makers and build consensus with teams.
• Should have strong thinking/analytical skills on complex business requirements or problem statements
• Experienced and Willingness to perform functional/manual testing of the developed business functionalities
• Experienced in Development of training materials for business stakeholders
• Extensive experience in leading requirements gathering sessions and converting them into technical stories for developers to build out a product backlog while grooming and prioritizing it with the PO.
• Experience in scaled agile methodology with deep understanding of product development practices and application lifecycle management
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with the Business and Product OwnersThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods.
