You Are
Someone who knows how to deliver, and nothing pleases you more than seeing a project go off without a hitch. But you’re not just looking after the project internally, you’re building positive relationships with clients along the way. You’re leading their expectations and making sure the standard of work matches what we promised them. It’s a lot of different people and processes to keep happy, but you’ve got the work ethic to stay on top of it all.
The Work
+ Lead the Salesforce.com implementation phase: assess engagement performance, risks, issues and impact on solution and service delivery commitments.
+ Lead client expectations throughout delivery and ensure the values we are delivering are in line with their expectations.
+ Build a coordinated project plan that shows project achievements and dependencies across projects and use it to rebalance work and lead changes across projects.
+ Lead business and functional requirements’ definition, and prioritization/prioritizing of requirements.
+ Supervise and control the quality management process, conduct turning point reviews, implement process performance, and conduct continuous improvement and causal analysis activities.
+ Lead the program/project’s financials, resource strategy and any contingency plan
+ Support pre-sales activities, like participating in sales calls and proposal development
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.??When/if travel resumes, travel for this role?is expected to be 50% or less. ? ?? ?? ? ?? ?? Here’s What You Need
+ At least 10 years of consulting experience with medium to large consulting firm focusing on front-office and customer experience solutions with 8 years of experience working with a Bank (Retail or Commercial banking) or with Wealth management firm driving customer experience initiatives
+ At least 4 years’ experience demonstrating ability in Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce.com, either through work at industry participants or advising to the industry
+ At least 2 years of experience with large scale, multi-year business transformations
+ At least 8 years of consulting experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle Cloud/CRM engagements
+ A Bachelor’s degree required
Bonus Points If
+ You have experience creating future state visions and identifying the roadmap to implement the vision
+ You have led multi-shore projects
+ You have certifications in Salesforce.com and other cloud platforms
+ You have a very strong work ethic with a fervent customer service focus.
+ You have experience leading and mentoring teams of up to 30 people.
+ You are customer oriented and great at building client relationships – Director to SVP level.
+ You have excellent communication and presentation skills
As required by the?Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $125,00- $207,399 and information on benefits offered is here. (
