Providence is calling a Staff Nurse Home Health (RN) (Full-Time/Day Shift) at Providence Saint Joseph.
This position will see patients in the Burbank and/or San Fernando Valley.
We are seeking a Staff Nurse Home Health (RN) a professional nurse who will apply the nursing process to develop and execute an age-appropriate plan of care for assigned home care/hospice patients by coordinating the interdisciplinary team to implement and/or update the patient plan of care according to assessment findings.
Required qualifications:Current California Licensed Registered NurseCurrent BLS HCP Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
– CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer accepted on hire until card expiration dateCurrent California Driver License1 year professional nursing experienceExperience in cardiac care (for Staff on the Cardiac team1 year experience in Maternal and Child Nursing (for Staff on the Maternal and Child team)MOAB I required within 30 to 150 days of hire $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates!
