Right of Way Specialist (Finance)Arcadis is looking to hire a Right of Way Specialist in Selma, CA.
The Right-of-Way (ROW) Specialist supports CAHSR by governing access to the rail right-of-way or other CHASR property by third party contractors, consultants, and other personnel.
This position is distinguished by responsibility for controlling CAHSR ROW and property access.
Additionally, the ROW Coordinator works with other departments and CAHSR Contractors for flagging services; and maintains records and databases of activities on and along the rail corridors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Works with various 3rd Parties both internally / externally on obtaining land rights documentation.
Participates in third party ROI approval sessions Knowledgeable of land rights of various entities and utilities Provides technical guidance to LC Manager on determining replacement rights Coordinates and tracks with Program R/W to determine easement templates for various 3rd Parties Key Attributes: Advanced knowledge of right-of-way acquisition procedures and techniques Advanced knowledge of state and local land related laws.
