Common goals, uncommon potential
This individual will be a key member of the Investment Management and Research Team at First Republic Private Wealth Management, reporting to the Chief Investment Officer.

He/she will ensure the Team is responsive to the research-related needs of the Private Wealth Management organization by ensuring research materials and Wealth Manager requests are aligned to current and emerging areas of client need; meet the highest quality standard and are delivered in a timely fashion.

The successful candidate will support the growth and integration of new Wealth Management team’s investment strategies into the Private Wealth Management platforms.

What you’ll do as a Research Associate, Investment Management:
Serve as the primary contact and coordinate all Investment Management and Research information requests from recently recruited Wealth Managers and their clients.

Deliver thorough and timely responses to Wealth Managers, firm leadership and other internal constituents on recruiting process and progress.

Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations Teams to ensure smooth onboarding of Wealth Managers.

Prepare and update presentation materials and other documents produced by the Investment Management and Research Team – including collecting and presenting performance data in a client-ready and compliant manner.

Develop and coordinate a recruiting calendar and database for Investment Management and Research leadership to ensure timely responses and follow up to recruit requests.

Facilitate communication and idea sharing across Investment Management and Research to ensure top-notch output and consistent follow through for recruits.

Act as single point of contact for recruiting activity coordination for Investment Management and Research team members.

Schedule meetings, prepare meeting materials, coordinate follow-up meetings and activities, and archive all relevant documents.

Maintain database of relevant materials.

You could be a great fit if you have:
2 or more years of experience related to the investments/securities area A strong sense of organization, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A highly effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly, understandably, and succinctly to colleagues and clients Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including database skills; programming languages like R or Python are a strong plus Strong project management skills, including driving to completion Undergraduate degree in business or an analytical field; CFA (or progress towards CFA) is desirable

Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
