Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- AR/AP for assigned property
- Lease abstraction and interpretation
- Manage tenant leases and information and prepare invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly/quarterly close
- Preparation of financial statements
- Cash management
- Assist with annual budgets
- CAM reconciliations
Desired Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related area of study
- 5+ years Retail or Commercial RE accounting experience preferred
- Experience with MRI or Yardi accounting softwares
- Advanced Excel skills
