Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience:6 year(s) Three to five of experience in developing integrations in large organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:Degree Preferred:Bachelor Degree Certification(s) Preferred:Workday, PeoplesoftPreferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in Workday and Peoplesoft.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: Having overall responsibility for delivery to the network; Being familiar with database and application design technologies,( i.E., SQL, XML/XLST, Web Services, SOAP, REST, middleware, BizTalk, Fusion, etc.); Obtaining intimate communication skills, both written and verbal; Exhibiting specialization in agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban; Possessing an abilityto supervise, guide, and mentor junior staff; Demonstrating proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; Being influencial while exhibiting stakeholder management skills; Demonstrating competency in the English language as it relates to business; Possessing experiencewith Workday functional/technical implementation and Workday Studio Integration Designer Toolset; Being experienced in technical integration with external 3rd parties e.G.

Payroll and Benefits providers; Being familiar with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application delivery on a global level; Using test managementtools such as MS VSTS or HP SM9 for management of defects.
