One of the most highly regarded Property Management and Real Estate companies in Los Angeles is seeking a Property Accountant to join their growing team! This Property Accountant will be responsible for overseeing accounting for properties within the company’s extensive portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing financial statements for properties, posting Journal Entries
- Balance Sheet/CAM Reconciliations & Analysis
- Financial Operational oversight on tenant related billings/leases
What You’ll Need:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree
- 3-5 years of experience within Property Management industry
- CAM Reconciliation & CAM Billings experience
- Preparing lender draws for reimbursement of TI’s/ Leasing commissions and capital items
- Can do Pivot Tables/VL
- Proficient with MRI, Yardi, or Timberline highly preferred
