David Elliot Builders is hiring a Project Accountant Admin to add to their construction accounting team.
The Project Accountant Admin will work closely with the project management and the accounts payables teams.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Processing vendor invoices/subcontractor payment requests
Requesting subcontractor bids
Tracking contracts and change orders
Project budget tracking
Monthly reporting
Entering data
Required experience and skills:
Must be organized, efficient, and hold the ability to multi-task, to be flexible, to work independently and to be willing to work cooperatively with co-workers
Must be able to meet strict deadlines.
Must hold strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
Good verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills required
