Duties and Responsibilities

The Operations Associate is responsible for the integration of new investment teams and the onboarding of new clients.

This responsibility includes but is not limited to approving new account opening, account maintenance, , and internal client service.

 
What you will do as a Service One Specialist:

– Receive calls from WM teams and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their operational questions

– Assist colleagues with troubleshooting and system navigation inquiries

– Connect colleagues with the appropriate parties for specific issues

– Collaborate with client service operations teams to improve service

– Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor which may include special projects
