The Private Bank employs more than 4,100 professionals and maintains 135 offices in 33 states.Private Bank Senior Associate Lead Job DescriptionThe Private Bank Senior Associate Lead (PBSAL) is responsible for providing new business development support and leadership to dedicated market(s).
This is accomplished through a combination of proactive and reactive prospecting strategies developed by Division and Market leadership, PCAs and the enterprise.
In addition, the PBSAL will be responsible for coordinating enterprise engagement activities in conjunction with the Market leaders to ensure the priorities and focus of the markets they cover.
They will ensure that each advisors business strategy includes connectivity to networks, both internal and external, to Bank of America, niches and primary areas of focus is defined and leveraged to find new clients.
The PBSAL will also be responsible for managing and reporting the key metrics to leadership to drive follow-up, provide guidance on focus areas, compile and share best practices and assist with training to increase consistency around research, output and overall success.
