We are seeking a Plant Controller to join an industry-leading manufacturing company that has been in business for over half a century.
The Plant Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions of the company across a multitude of locations.
This candidate will possess strong leadership skills, mentoring expertise, and a drive to bring innovative ideas to the company.
Plant Controller Responsibilities: Monthly reports of companies financial performance Develop and maintain a robust framework for compliance throughout the company Design and implement company policies for accounting Manage annual tax auditing and other compliance activities Lead and participate in various projects and assignments Oversee that professionalism is maintained in the Accounting Department Plant Controller Requirements: Degree in Accounting and CPA required 10 years of experience in accounting and leadership roles in a manufacturing environment Willingness to travel Ability to build and maintain partnerships outside of the financial department Plant Controller Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision No cost life insurance Paid vacation, holiday & sick pay Disability We/Our Clients are an equal opportunity employer.
