Beacon Hill Legal Los Angeles is currently searching for an experienced Paralegal, Debt Finance for a law firm client. This is a direct hire opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity with a law firm that values working with Paralegals and is a great firm to continue to develop your career with. Compliance with B&P 6450 for California candidates is required. We are looking for someone with experience on the borrower and lender side of leveraged finance transactions preferred. BA/BS and paralegal certificate or experience required along with 5+ years of experience handling the following:
- Draft various board and shareholder resolutions; handle entity formations and maintenance
- Perform lien searches and prepare summaries
- Work with various Secretary of State to determine good standing and obtain corporate charter documents
- Prepare disclosure schedules
- Prepare UCC filings
- Handle closings including tracking/organizing signature pages and preparing closing binders
This is a REMOTE opportunity at the present time. Once COVID restrictions are lifted, this position will be based out of one of the firm’s office locations.
