Orlando Corporate Debt Finance Associate Attorney

Akerman LLP seeks an Associate with 1 to 3 years of experience for its Corporate Finance and Lending team within the Corporate Practice Group.

New York office location preferred; however, this position can be located in any Akerman office.Qualified candidates must be familiar with negotiating, structuring and documenting debt finance transactions.

Law school class of 2018, 2019 or 2020.Experience representing private equity sponsors or their portfolio companies, or lenders providing financing to such entities, in leveraged buyouts and other acquisition financing transactions is preferred.Must possess an outstanding academic record (with a JD from an ABA accredited law school), along with excellent writing and analytical skills, and be a member of the New York State Bar or have the ability to obtain admission promptly in the appropriate jurisdiction.About the Firm Akerman LLP is ranked among the top 100 law firms in the United States by The American Lawyer and a top 100 U.S.
