Our operation in the US is based out of offices in Los Angeles and Palo Alto. Our focus has been on private capital financings typically involving mid-stage, late-stage and pre-IPO corporate and financial investors, as well as sellside M&A mandates of VC/PE backed companies to strategic and financial buyers from the APAC markets.

In recent years, the team in the US has also increasingly focused on assisting its Asia-based affiliate’s clients with accessing strategic and institutional investor interest coming from the US, Europe and other parts of APAC.
