Office administrator (burbank)

We have an immediate opportunity for a driven, motivated candidate with interest as an administrative assistant in an ATM and credit card processing, service, and sales company in the city of Burbank, CA. The ideal candidate must have credit card processing and office experience and be computer literate. Must be knowledgeable with basic Microsoft office Suite skills required including Word, Excel preferred. We are searching for a person with strong work-ethic, and a drive to learn new trades. You must be able to multitask and have communication skills (Visual, Spoken, and Written).
This position entails working in a small office environment. Responsibilities will include but not limited to; providing general office support, preparing and editing email correspondence, handling phone calls, maintaining the utmost discretion and confidentiality when dealing with finances and sensitive information, Interacting with incoming clients, creating and updating reports, preparing FedEx and certified mail, proactively following up on and completing tasks in a timely manner, learning new concepts and tasks that pertain uniquely to our industry. Examples of such relate to proprietary software, technical aspects, verbiage, customer service, business relationships, contracts, and so forth. While a business dress code in not required, professional conduct is. THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB.

This is a Full-time position, looking for a long-term commitment. Pay rate currently starts at $18 per hour, may be negotiable depending on experience and skills.
